Size and margins
Controls the layout, panel width, and page margin spacing used in the document preview.
Width of the questionnaire panel at launch as a percentage of the screen, when preview is open
Controls how much screen space the questionnaire pane occupies when preview is displayed. The default is 30%, with a minimum of 20% and a maximum of 80%.

In versions 8.10.8 and below, this setting is labelled as
"The percentage ratio of the questionnaire pane with respect to the combined width of the questionnaire and preview panes"
.The size of the margin at the top of the preview page
Controls the top margin spacing of each preview page. The default is 20%.
The size of the margin at the bottom of the preview page
Controls the bottom margin spacing of each preview page. The default is 20%.
The size of the margin on the left of the preview page
Controls the left margin spacing of each preview page. The default is 80%.
The size of the margin on the right of the preview page
Controls the right margin spacing of each preview page. The default is 80%.
