Completeness

Controls how questionnaire and document completeness is calculated and displayed to users.
Calculate completeness on the questionnaire
Controls how the green completeness bar in the questionnaire is calculated.
  • Based on all relevant questions
    – Calculates completeness based on all relevant questions in the questionnaire, regardless of whether the user has visited those pages. This is the default option.
  • Based on visited pages
    – Calculates completeness only from questions on questionnaire pages the user has visited, which can improve performance for complex questionnaires.
This setting also determines whether completeness parameters are saved in the session data.
Display either the degree of completeness or the degree of incompleteness
Controls how the completeness information is presented in the questionnaire.
  • Complete
    – Displays how much of the questionnaire is complete.
  • Incomplete
    – Displays how much of the questionnaire remains incomplete.
The parts of a generated document that are considered when determining document completeness
Controls which parts of the generated document are evaluated when calculating document completeness.
  • All parts of the document
    – Considers all parts of the document, including headers, footers, footnotes, and endnotes, when determining completeness.
  • Only the main wording, excluding headers, footers, footnotes, and endnotes
    – Considers only the main body of the document, ignoring markup in other areas. This is useful when a document should be treated as complete once all markup in the main wording has resolved, even if markup remains elsewhere.
