This article applies to:

  • Product: ONESOURCE Data Hub

Sync data between instances

  • Both clients have access to Data Hub.
  • The
    DataHub Collections Sync
     connection is established (in the
    Administration
     section of
    External Data Access
    ). This connection will be between a multi-client instance (the source) and a standalone single-client instance (the target).
  • The status of the data connection link between clients is
    Active
    .
When the source client publishes a version of a Collection, this data will be sent to the target client as ingested data.
  1. Sign in to ONESOURCE of the multi-client tenant.
  2. Select the
    Data Hub
     tile.
  3. Select the client that was set up as the source in the
    DataHub Collections Sync
     relationship.
  4. Publish a version of a Collection.
The data is uploaded to the target and shown in its
All Uploads
 tab with the following fields:
  • Name
    :
    <collectionname_collectionId_versionnumber>.csv
  • Upload Status
    .
  • Type
    : Delimited.
  • Provider
    : Sync.
  • Year
    : Year of Collection.
  • Period
    : Period of Collection.
  • UserID
    :
    <environment-sourcetenantID-Sync-systemgeneratedsyncID>
  • Upload Date / Time
    : Date and time when the published collection is synced with this target.
