Use Topics and Records on the Processed tab

Find out about the different ways in which you can use processed Topics and the records they contain.
When viewing a list of processed Topics on the
Processed
 tab, you can do the following.

Actions

  • Download
     : To download a file with each of the data records along with any validations and enrichments from processing.
  • Refresh
     : To refresh the data when Data Hub is uploading data and the
    Upload Status
     is still
    Processing
    .
  • Revalidate Records
     : To revalidate records designated
    Unavailable
     based on Administration data to check if they now qualify as
    Ready
     records.
  • Delete
     : To remove the Topic from the grid.
  • Compare
     : To compare Topics.
  • Edit
     : To change the
    Topic Name
    .
You can also select a link from the Topic Name column to check the validation status of its records.
