Release notes explain new features and improvements made to ONESOURCE Data Hub.

What's new

My Workspace
We swapped the order of the
Group By
 and
Aggregation
 fields on the
Add Aggregations Logic
 screen so the records can be arranged by the
Group By
 data before they are aggregated.
We also swapped the order of the columns on the
Aggregation
 tab and download results to display by
Group By
, then
Aggregation
 data.
Configuration
Validation warnings will display on the following fields if you enter characters other than alphanumeric and spaces:
  • Field Name
     field on the
    Add Blueprint
     screen
  • Output Column Name
     field on the
    Combine Columns
     screen
  • Aggregation field on the
    Add Aggregations Logic
     screen
Blueprints, Schematics, and Collections
We updated the Blueprint, Schematic, and Collections listing on user permissions for Admins to grant permission to:
  • View
     available records
  • View
     and
    Edit
     available records
  • View
    ,
    Edit
    , or
    Show/Hide
     all records
We modified the Settings page to accommodate this change for specific users. The following table shows how the rules apply.

Known issues in this release

Open
Aggregation field entries that begin with a numeric value will generate an internal server error when apply is selected.
