DataFlow classic retirement and customer impact
DataFlow Classic will retire on December 31, 2027. Once that date is reached, access to DataFlow Classic on the ONESOURCE Platform will end.
Customers who want to continue to use ONESOURCE DataFlow can move to the new ONESOURCE DataFlow on their own or with support from our Professional Services team.
Options for moving to the new DataFlow
You can move to the new DataFlow yourself or use our Professional Services team to help with the transition. Contact your account team to discuss available options.

Requirement to move off DataFlow classic
You can't remain on DataFlow Classic indefinitely, because DataFlow Classic will no longer be available after December 31, 2027.

When you can move to the new version
You can move to the new version of DataFlow immediately, as the new version has been actively in use since 2020.

You can continue to use DataFlow Classic until the retirement on December 31, 2027. However, we recommend limiting access after the switch to prevent you from updating legacy data inadvertently.
