Set a limit on login attempts in e-Form RS

You can adjust the maximum number of unsuccessful login attempts a user can make before being locked out on the Set User Options screen.
  1. Mark the
    Limit Bad Login Attempts
     checkbox for Login Options.
  2. Choose a number for
    Number of Attempts
    .
  3. Use the
    Unlock Username by
     drop down to choose an unlock method:
    • Admin Unlocks
    • Wait 20 Minutes
    When you select
    Admin Unlocks
    , e-form RS blocks access until an administrator clears the Locked Out Indicator from the user's login on the user's list. Only a local administrator can do this.
