Add a custom form to a client in e-Form RS

  1. Select
    Create Custom Forms
     from the
    Forms
     menu.
  2. Select the
    Custom Templates
     tab.
  3. Select the
    Custom Template
     you want to add to the client.
  4. Select
    Save Custom Form to Client
    .
  5. Select a client, then
    Save to the Client.
