Add forms to clients in e-Form RS

Use Add Forms to Client to add and assign forms to a client's profile.
  1. Select a client from your client list on the My Clients screen.
  2. Select
    Add Forms to Client
    .
    You'll find a list of all the forms in the database.
  3. Use the Selection Criteria section to narrow down your search for required forms.
  4. Select the forms that you want to assign to the Client.
  5. Select
    Add Forms
    .
    • You can access this option from both the My Clients and My Forms screens.
    • Select Show Existing Client Forms to view the forms added to the client.
