Customize My Clients list in e-Form RS

Use the Column Chooser option on My Clients screen to customize the columns displayed in your client list.
You'll find these columns in your Client List by default: Taxpayer or Company Name, Client ID, Password protected, Last Updated and Updated By.
Using this option, you can add more columns in your client list, in addition to the default columns.
To choose more columns in your client list:
  1. Select
    Column Chooser
    .
  2. Select the checkboxes for the columns that you want to include in your client list.
  3. Close the pane after finishing the customization.

Customize My Clients view

To customize My Clients view:
  1. Drag and drop
    1. To change the column order, drag any column heading to a different space in the list and drop it.
  2. Column sort
    1. To change the sort order of a column from ascending (default) to descending, select a column heading.
  3. Search and filter
    1. Search for specific text in any column: Enter letters or numbers in the search box under any of the column headings.
    2. Perform a parameters search: You can add parameter criteria to further define your search. Select the checkbox in any of the search rows to find a list of available parameters. For example, in the Last Updated field, if you select the greater than symbol (>) as the search parameter, and enter 6/1/09 in the Search row, the search will return a list of clients that were updated after 6/1/09.
    3. To return to the full client list, select
      Clear Filter
      in the search field, or select
      Clear All Filter Criteria
      .
    The search function is not case sensitive.
