Use client notes in e-Form RS

You can add, view and delete notes from the client's profiles.
To add notes to an existing client profile:
  1. Select
    My Clients
    , then select a client.
    If it's a new client, add your notes in the
    Notes
    field while you're creating a new client profile.
  2. Select
    Edit Client
    .
  3. Add your notes in the
    Notes
    field, then select
    Save Changes
    .

View notes

To view notes that you've previously added to client profiles:
  1. Select
    My Clients
    , then select a client.
  2. Select
    Display Notes
    .
    You'll find the notes corresponding to the selected client in a drop-down row within the client list.
  3. Select
    Display Notes
    again to undo the drop-down view.

Delete notes

To delete notes from an existing client profile:
  1. Select
    My Clients
    , then select a client.
  2. Select
    Edit Client
    .
  3. Remove the notes in the
    Notes
    field, then select
    Save Changes
    .
