Add a template to the Custom Form list in e-Form RS

Steps to add a generic template to your Custom List.
  1. Select
    Create Custom Forms
     from the Forms menu.
  2. Choose a template from the list of Generic Templates.
  3. Select
    Add Template to Custom List
    .
    note
    You can add as many templates to your account as you need.
