Page Level options for forms in e-Form RS

A description of the currency, compute, date and time stamp, and font options you can set at the page level of a form.

Currency: Display Commas
( ) As Negative Indicator
Round to Whole Dollars
Add Decimal Point

note
You can only choose the Add Decimal Point
option if Round to Whole Dollar
is selected. Decimal points will not be displayed on forms with separate dollar and cent fields.
We recommend that you do not use parentheses to indicate negative numbers on forms with separate cent fields.
Compute: Display zero in computed fields
Auto calculation
Date and Time Stamp Options: Display e-Form account numbers on forms
Add Date Stamp on Forms
Auto Time Stamps on Forms (show time stamp in 24 hour format)
Data Entry Font: Choose a font size of 8, 10, or 12
Apply Bold format.

You cannot change the font from Courier New
because most taxing authorities do now guarantee acceptance of forms completed in other fonts.
The optical character recognition fonts, OCR-A
or OCR-B
are applied by
e-Form RS
to forms that require them.
