Turn off auto-shrink font size in e-Form RS

On most forms,
e-Form RS
 adjusts the font size for data entry text automatically if the entry is too large to print within the space on the form. You might need to turn this feature off.
  1. Select
    Program Options
     under
    Options and Security
     menu.
  2. Select
    Do not auto-shrink text when typing
    tip
    You can turn off auto-size entirely or on a field-by-field basis.
  3. If fonts don't load properly, are too large, or don't line up with the form, you may need to manually add the fonts to your computer.
  4. Take the following steps if you need to manually add fonts:
    1. On the computer that has the font problem, go to
      C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\
      XXXXXXXX.XXX\XXXXXXXX.XXX
      \efor...exe_
      XXXXXXXXXXX_00XX.0000_en_XXXXXXXXXXXXX
      \Fonts
    2. Copy all the files from this folder, then paste them to
      C:\Windows\Fonts
    3. Relaunch
      e-Form RS
      .
If you changed the global font size, your change will apply to all forms that do not have specific form or page options set. Font size options that you've set at the form or page level will override global font size settings.
