Current Year and Cross-Year forms in e-Form RS
Current Year forms
Current Year includes all forms, regardless of tax type, released in the current product year.
Cross year forms
Cross-Year display was added for sales and use forms, payroll forms, and some other forms with a release schedule other than income tax year. Forms marked Cross-Year show in their product release year and the next year. With the release of the Current Year product, the sales tax forms for the next year become available under the current year. This makes duplicate names in some cases. For this reason, a Cross-Year indicator is added to the form name to identify it.
