Go to My Forms

To go to to the
My Forms
screen, select
My Forms
from the
Forms
menu.

Toolbar

Use the Toolbar to:
  • Display Forms
  • Add Forms
  • Print Blank Forms
  • Export to PDF
  • Export to Spreadsheet

Selection Criteria

Mark the Selection Criteria checkboxes to filter the My Forms table by
Year
,
Jurisdiction
, and
Form type
.

Column headings of the My Forms table

Select
The
Select
column contains checkboxes, which you mark to select a form.
Copy#
The
Copy#
column shows how many copies of a form have been created.
Fed/State
The
Fed/State
column shows the jurisdiction details of a form.
Form Description
The
Form Description
column usually shows the title of a form.
Due Date
The Due Date
column shows when a form is due to be filed.
Pages
#Pages
column shows the number of pages within the corresponding form.
View Instructions
The
View Instructions
column shows whether there are instructions available for a form and includes a link to open them.
Existing Client Forms
The
Existing Clients
column shows the number of forms added to a client. You can select the number to show the clients.
Status
The
Status
column shows the current status of the form.
Available
The
Available
column shows the date from which the form is available for use.
