Show blank forms in e-Form RS

  1. Select
    My Forms
     from the
    Forms
     menu.
  2. Mark the checkboxes for the forms you want to show.
  3. Select
    Display Forms
     option from the top toolbar.
    This will display a dialog that asks you select a client for the forms
  4. Select
    No
    .
    This will open the
    Display Form screen
     in a new tab.
  5. Expand the folders to find the blank forms.
  6. note
    Blank forms are listed under the original forms.
  7. Select a blank form to show it on screen.
