Use Undelete to restore a deleted client form in e-Form RS

You will need to have permission to Restore Deleted Clients and Forms
. The administrator for your account can grant this permission for you.

Select My Clients
from the Clients
menu.

Choose a client from the list.

Select Client Form List
.

Select Undelete Client Forms
.

Mark the checkboxes in the Select column for the forms you want to restore.

tip

You can use Select All
to select all forms in the list. You can also use the Search/Filter and Sort
options to narrow your search.

Select Undelete the Client Forms
.

Select OK
.
