         credentials.
      • Select
        Log in
        .
    • To open
      e-Form RS

      Checkpoint
      :
      • Go to
        Tools
      • Select
        e-FORM RS
      • Select
        Continue
         to launch a new browser session.
      • Select
        Continue
         on the
        e-FORM RS Pass Thru
         page.

    • You may need to download an extension for your browser before you can open
      e-Form RS

    • When you select
      Continue
