Search client forms data in e-Form RS

You can search for specific information within client forms in e-Form RS. This can be helpful when looking for lost client information or forms.
  1. Select
    Search Client Forms
    from the Administration menu.
  2. Follow the steps listed in the Search Client Form Data window.
    Enter keyword phrases exactly how they will be found in data entry fields on a form. For example, "250 Grand" will search for that text in all fields of all saved forms in the year (or years) you have chosen. Social Security numbers must be entered exactly as they were saved in a form; "123-44-5555" and "123445555" are different strings when searching form data.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    • Search Current Forms Only
    • Search Deleted Forms Only
    • Search Both
  4. Select
    Export to Spreadsheet
    if you want to export your search results to an Excel spreadsheet.
