Check your computer's time settings to solve an unable to connect to e-Form server error message.

We are unable to connect to the e-Form Server. Please check your internet connection and try again.

Cause

The likely cause of this error is an incorrect time setting on the computer.

Solutions

  1. Check that the time and time zone settings for your computer are correct.
  2. If the error is not solved, ask your IT professional to check the time and time zone settings on your firm's server.
  3. If the error is not solved by changes to the time and time zone settings try the following step
    1. Verify the most recent version of
      e-Form RS
       is installed.
    2. Uninstall and reinstall
      e-Form RS
       as an administrator.
    3. Ask an IT professional to add
      eformrs.com
       to your firm's firewall, antivirus software, and proxy server exception settings.
    4. Repair the
      .NET Framework
       on the computer.
