Form on state's website but unavailable in e-Form RS

Find out why a form that appears on an issuing authority's website is sometimes unavailable in
e-Form RS
while we wait to obtain approval of our version.
You might notice that an issuing authority has published a version of its form for public use before it is available in
e-Form RS
. This is usually due to the following:
  • the version that we are permitted to reproduce is a substitute version, which is different to the public use version, and often not available to us until after the public version.
  • we are waiting for the issuing authority to approve our substitute version and have no way to estimate how long the authority will take to approve it.
Sometimes we release forms that are unapproved but we think that approval is due soon. When we do this, the form is shown with a large Unapproved Form banner. In this case, you can enter information on the form and save it, but you cannot print or file it until the form is approved.
