Request improvements to e-Form RS

You can request to add new forms to e-Form RS, general improvements to the product, and to report errors in calculations.
  1. The Contact Us form is the quickest way for you to submit enhancements.You can get to this from the e-Form RS Home screen or right-clicking outside a field on a form and select
    Contact Us
    . Alternatively, you can request enhancements through email.
  2. Select
    My Forms
     from the Forms menu.
  3. Choose
    Current Year
     and
    Federal
     from the Selection Criteria.
  4. Enter the word
    Enhancement
     in the first field under the Form Description column header.
  5. Mark the checkbox in the Select column for the row that contains
    Wkst Product Enhancement Request
    .
  6. Select
    Display Forms
     from the toolbar.
  7. Select
    No
     when asked if you want to select a client now.
  8. Double-click
    Wkst Product Enhancement Request
     to open the form.
  9. Use one of the following methods to complete the form:
    • Enter information on screen, then print the form to PDF to save it.
    • Print the form, write information about your request in the boxes, then scan it.
  10. Send an email to
    checkpoint.eformenhancements@thomsonreuters.com
     and attach your completed form.
