Add or edit user initials

Follow these steps to add or edit a user's initials to their security profile in Engagement Manager.

You must have Engagement Manager administrative permissions to complete this task.

In Engagement Manager, select the gear Setup

, then Manage Users
.

Select Actions
for the user profile you want to add or edit the initials, then Edit details
.

Enter the initials in the Initials
field, then select Save
.
