Deactivate a user

Instead of deleting an user from the application, you can deactivate the user to remove access to Engagement Manager.
note
You must have GoFileRoom and Engagement Manager administrative permissions to complete this task.
  1. In Engagement Manager, select the gear
    Setup
    , then
    Manage Users
    .
  2. Select
    Actions
    for the user you want to deactivate, then
    Edit details
    .
  3. Turn the switch in the
    Deactivate user field
    .
  4. Select
    Save
    .
    note
    To reactivate the user, select
    Actions
    for the user you want to reactivate, then select
    Reactivate user
    .
