Disable a signoff type
Follow these steps to disable a signoff type in Engagement Manager. Disabled signoff types won't appear within an engagement or during the finalize step for unsigned workpapers.

You need to have administrative permissions to complete this task.
- In Engagement Manager, selectSetup
, then Signoff Types. - Select the signoff type you want to disable.
- MarkDisableand selectSave.
Turn on a disabled signoff type
Follow these steps to turn on a signoff type in Engagement Manager that's been disabled.

- In Engagement Manager, selectSetup , then Signoff Types.
- Select the signoff type you want to turn on.
- Clear theDisablecheckbox and selectSave.
Turn off warnings for a signoff type
You can turn off warnings that display on workpapers when a document is edited that was previously signed off by a specific signoff type in Engagement Manager.

- Changing this setting doesn't affect existing warnings.
- This is a global setting that affects all engagements.
- In Engagement Manager, selectSetup , then Signoff Types.
- Select the signoff type you want to turn off warnings for.
- MarkIgnore warning signsand selectSave.
