Engagement Manager and GoFileRoom
The core GoFileRoom, FirmFlow, and Engagement Manager applications, all workflows, and all documents are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers instead of Thomson Reuters servers. Thomson Reuters does not directly support restricting access to Engagement Manager or GoFileRoom by IP addresses, either static or range-based.
If your firm chooses to limit internet access, we recommend that you control this by URL and allow
www.gofileroom.com
and
www.engagementmanager.thomsonreuters.com
(and any others that may be necessary, such as for email, NetClient integration, etc.) and avoid IP address-based controls.
