File locations
To edit documents in Engagement Manager they will open using the GoFileRoom Client Add-In and the Engagement Manager Add-Ins.
The add-ins use temporary locations for these files based on the task:
- Edit a PDF from Engagement Manager
- C:\Users\UserID\AppData\Roaming\GoFileRoom\GFRAcrobat\Docs
- Edit a Word or Excel file from Engagement Manager
- C:\Users\UserID\AppData\Roaming\GoFileRoom\GFROffice\docs
