Notifications overview
Engagement Manager lets you set up notification rules to have the application display notifications when specific Engagement Manager events occur.

- Navigate to the next page of notifications with the navigational buttons on the lower left of the widget.
- Adjust the number of notifications displayed on each page of the widget with the dropdown field on the lower right of the widget.
Setup notification rules
First, you'll need to set up notification rules:
- In Engagement Manager, select
Setup, thenNotification rules. - SelectAdd Rule.
- Complete the steps required on the screen, then selectDoneto create the notification rule.
Open notifications
Once the notification is set up, you'll start receiving it when the specific Engagement Manager event you set up occur.
Then, you can review these notifications by going to
Notifications
.- You can select theEngagement Namelink in the notification details area to navigate directly to the workspace for the applicable engagement in Engagement Manager.
- Optionally, you can selectMark as readfor any notification that you want to keep instead of deleting it.
- The blue circle badge that appears on the
bell icon let's you know that there's a new alert since the last time you checked notifications. - Use theAllorUnreadbuttons to switch between seeing all notifications, or seeing only the unread messages.
Use the filter button to filter by properties of the notification. This includes the type of engagement rule, if it is an engagement date rule, note actions, note priority, and if the note is assigned to you. You can also filter for specific clients, or a specific date range. Use the
Clear filters
button to make sure all messages are visible. The

will take action on the items visible for the current filter. The Select
button lets you mark a checkbox for each note you want to select, then mark the selected items as read or delete them.
