Add Engagement screen is wrong

If you do not use the default indexes, Engagement Manager may not display client information properly in the Add Engagement screen, and may display error messages when trying to work in invalid clients
Engagement Binders must use the default index values in the Clients drawer in GoFileRoom listed here.
