Close engagements

You can close completed engagements to remove them from the engagement dashboard.
  1. Sign in to Engagement Manager, select
    Actions
     for the engagement you want to close on the
    Engagement dashboard
     screen.
  2. Select
    Close
     to close the engagement you selected.
    note
    To close multiple engagements, select the checkbox in the column header to select all engagements or select the checkboxes for multiple engagements. Then, select the
    Close
     button in the toolbar to close all selected engagements.
