Link engagements to PPC's SMART Practice Aids in Engagement Manager

If you're licensed for PPC's SMART Practice Aids, you can link engagements to SMART Practice Aids in Engagement Manager.
  1. In Engagement Manager, select
    Setup
    , then
    Downloads
    .
  2. Download and install
    Engagement Manager Link
    .
  3. Go to the engagement in Engagement Manager that you want to link to SMART Practice Aids.
  4. Select
    Properties
    .
  5. Select the
    Content
     tab.
  6. Select
    SMART Practice Aids
     as the
    External integration source
    .
    The Field Work module must be enabled for the engagement in SMART Practice Aids.
  7. Select
    Save
    .
  8. In the Workpapers tab in Engagement Manager, a yellow bar will indicate that linking is pending. Select the link in the message to open SMART Practice Aids.
  9. Follow the steps in SMART Practice Aids to set up and link the engagement.
  10. In Engagement Manager, select
    Refresh
     in the
    Workpapers
     tab.
