Client names have unexpected characters
Scenario
Client names in GoFileRoom and Engagement Manager may have unexpected characters if the name contains a long dash or a long hyphen. This can appear as added plus-signs or other special characters.
Cause
If you copied the name from another source, like Microsoft Word or Excel, certain characters like long dashes for hyphenated names don't work in Engagement Manager.
Solution
Remove the special characters and manually add the hyphen or quotation.
