Error: Guided Assurance token doesn’t exist

Scenario

You may get this error when you open Guided Assurance workpapers while using Engagement Manager.
Error message
Guided Assurance token does not exist.

Solution

Sign out of both applications, clear your browser data, and sign back in.
  1. Sign out of both applications:
    1. In Engagement Manager, select the profile icon.
    2. Go to
      Preferences
      , then select
      Guided Assurance
      .
    3. Choose
      Sign Out
      .
    4. Select the profile icon again.
    5. Select
      Sign Out
      to close the application.
  2. Clear your browser data:
    1. Chrome:
      1. Select the 3-dot
        Customize and Control Chrome
        menu.
      2. Find
        Delete Browsing Data
        .
      3. Select all options in the
        Basic
        tab.
      4. Choose
        All time
        as the time range.
      5. Select
        Delete Data
        .
      6. Close and restart your browser.
    2. Microsoft Edge:
      1. Select the 3-dot
        Settings and more
        menu.
      2. Select
        Settings
        .
      3. Search for
        Cookies
        .
      4. Select
        Choose what to clear
        .
      5. Choose both
        Cookies and other site data
        and
        Cached images and files
        .
      6. Choose
        All time
        as the time range.
      7. Select
        Delete Data
        or
        Clear Now
        .
      8. Close and restart your browser.
  3. Sign in to both Engagement Manager and Guided Assurance.
