Error: No users found during conversion from ProSystem fx Engagement

Scenario

When you convert data from ProSystem fx Engagement to Engagement Manager, you may get one of the following error messages:
No users were found on [computer name]. The conversion will now exit.
Client selection was canceled...the conversion will now exit.
An error occurred during authentication.

Solution

  1. Enter
    About
    in your
    Windows
    Search bar
    and select
    About your PC
    .
  2. Make a note of the name of your device.
  3. Log in to
    ProSystem fx Engagement
    using the
    Office
    location.
  4. Select
    Tools
    , then
    User Profile
    .
  5. Select the
    Staff Profile
    tab and enter your device name as the
    Default location
    .
  6. Select
    OK
    .
