You might get the following error message when doing any task in Engagement Manager:

The Server error message is a generic error message that could have any one of many causes.

In

Google Chrome

, press F12
to open Developer Tools
.

Select the Console
tab.

Select the error from the left panel.

Take a screenshot of the details shown with a red background in the main panel and save it to your computer.

Select the Network
tab.

In the Name column, right-click on a name in red and select Save all with HAR as content
.

Save the file.
