- Open the Microsoft Office application where the add-in is installed, such as Excel or Word.
- Select.FileOptions
- Select.Trust CenterTrust Center Settings
- In theTrust Centerwindow, selectPrivacy Options.
- Mark theTurn on optional connected experiencescheckbox.
- SelectSave.
- Close and reopen the Microsoft Office application to make sure the changes take effect.
