You may get the following error message when you attempt to access Trial Balance.

Trial Balance is unavailable due to rounding

To solve this error, try the following solutions in order.

Go to the Trial Balance
tab.

Select Setup
, then Views
.

Locate the current Default
view.

Rename the view to Default OLD
or OLD
.

Select Save
.

Create a new view and name it Default
(exactly as shown).

Select Save
.

Delete the old view (the one you renamed earlier).

Return to the Trial Balance
tab and verify that the Trial Balance
displays correctly.

tip

Ensure you name the new view Default
exactly as shown (case-sensitive).

Make sure to select Save
after each change.

If the error persists, refresh your browser or sign out and sign back in.
