- Go to theTrial Balancetab.
- SelectSetup, thenViews.
- Locate the currentDefaultview.
- Rename the view toDefault OLDorOLD.
- SelectSave.
- Create a new view and name itDefault(exactly as shown).
- SelectSave.
- Delete the old view (the one you renamed earlier).
- Return to theTrial Balancetab and verify that theTrial Balancedisplays correctly.

- Ensure you name the new viewDefaultexactly as shown (case-sensitive).
- Make sure to selectSaveafter each change.
- If the error persists, refresh your browser or sign out and sign back in.
