Give data from your internet browser to Support

Your Customer Support representative may ask for information about your internet browser to help resolve a problem. The following steps will help you to gather this information.
  1. Press
    F12
    or take one of following steps as appropriate for your browser:
    • For
      Google Chrome
      : select the
      Customise and Control Google Chrome
      button,
      More Tools
      , then
      Developer Tools
      .
    • For
      Mozilla Firefox
      : select the menu button,
      Web Developer
      , then
      Toggle Tools
      .
    • For
      Microsoft Edge
      : select the
      Settings and More
      button,
      More Tools
      , then
      Developer Tools
      .
  2. Select the
    Console
    tab.
  3. Highlight all the text and copy it.
  4. Paste the text into the email thread or active chat session with a Customer Support representative.
  5. Select the
    Network
    tab.
  6. Complete the action that caused the error.
  7. Select the first red item in the list to show details about it.
  8. Select the
    Headers
    tab, copy everything and paste it into the email thread or active chat session with a Customer Support representative.
  9. Select the
    Response
    tab, copy everything and paste it into the email thread or active chat session with a Customer Support representative.
