User preferences
You can set user-specific application preferences to define how you use Engagement Manager.
To start, open the the user menu 
user menu for Engagement Manager and select
user menu for Engagement Manager and select Preferences
.Preferences are available based on your product licenses and are organized by tab:
- Display options
- Use this tab to select your preferred starting screen and the way engagements are sorted. You can also mark the checkbox to open workpapers in view mode using a double-click.
- Password
- Use this tab to change your password. Enter your current password, then enter new password you'd like to use.
- Multi-factor authentication
- Use this tab to manage your multi-factor authentication settings.
- Guided Assurance
- If your firm is licensed for Guided Assurance, use this tab to enter your login information and agree to the license agreement and terms and conditions.
- Confirmation
- If your firm is licensed for Confirmation, use this tab to enter your login information.
