Browser requirements
- Google Chrome is the only supported internet browser for Engagement Manager.

Thomson Reuters doesn't support Microsoft Edge. At this time, there is no internal testing in the Microsoft Edge browser or any guarantee that all functionalities will work in the Edge browser.
Software requirements
- The following operating systems are supported in both 32-bit and 64-bit:
- Windows 11
- Windows Server 2022
- Windows Server 2019
- Windows Server 2016
- A high-speed internet connection. We recommend a dedicated, high-speed business class connection.
- The following versions of Microsoft Office are supported in both 32-bit and 64-bit:
- 2021
- 2019
- 2016
- Office 365 only when the Office desktop applications are fully installed on the local computer.
- Adobe Acrobat 2020 (Standard or Professional edition)noteIf you have both Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader installed, you need to set Acrobat as the default program for viewing PDF files.
Hardware requirements
- Intel or AMD 2 Ghz 64-bit processor
- 4 GB RAM or higher
- At least 1 15-inch monitor with a resolution of 1024x768 or higher
- A Microsoft Windows-supported printer capable of data compression and a minimum 2 MB of memory; while we recommend 16 MB of memory.
- A TWAIN-compliant scanner is required to scan workpapers directly into engagements in Engagement Manager.
