Add Outlook emails and items
Use the steps here to add Outlook emails, messages, and tasks to Engagement Manager.
- Add the email to GoFileRoom.
- In the engagement, import the email from GoFileRoom.
- Repeat these steps for any email attachments that should also appear in the engagement.
