Unlink an Inflo engagement

You can remove the connection between Engagement Manager and Inflo for your engagement by going to the properties and unlinking them. Follow these steps to turn off the connection.
  1. On the
    Engagement dashboard
    , select the linked engagement to view it.
    note
    If the engagement is not on your
    Engagement dashboard
    , use
    Open engagements
     to add it.
  2. Select the
    Properties
     tab on the navigation pane.
  3. Select the
    Content
     tab.
  4. In the Analytical Tools section, under Inflo, select
    Unlink
    .
