Unlink an Inflo engagement
You can remove the connection between Engagement Manager and Inflo for your engagement by going to the properties and unlinking them. Follow these steps to turn off the connection.
- On theEngagement dashboard, select the linked engagement to view it.noteIf the engagement is not on yourEngagement dashboard, useOpen engagementsto add it.
- Select thePropertiestab on the navigation pane.
- Select theContenttab.
- In the Analytical Tools section, under Inflo, selectUnlink.
