Audit Intelligence Analyze

General enhancements
  • Implemented functionality to reindex client information, allowing users to update client data and continue analysis.
  • Resolved an intermittent issue preventing Usage Report Access from displaying via the
    Settings
    menu without a browser reload.
  • Corrected the display of firm ID and firm name in the AIA-CS-Unit Usage report so that these fields are now populated as expected.
  • Enhanced the
    Save to Workpaper
    feature when generating sample/test items for large number of transactions.
  • Corrected server errors that were displayed while adding engagements for a new client.
  • Fixed issue where document request email template was incorrectly triggered during ledger request edits.
Microsite Dynamic 365
  • New implementations have been introduced in the Microsite for Dynamic 365 connector integration, including Tenant ID input and sign-in functionalities.
  • Enhancements to Microsite will now allow data upload.
Pricing
  • Introduced an
    Expand/Collapse All
    switch in the usage report UI, enhancing data analysis capabilities.
  • Fixed an issue where request ledger data option was incorrectly displayed after cancellation.
  • Improved the token count when user updated status as
    Cancelled
    in the CS Unit usage report.
Ledger Data
  • Fixed an issue where editing the anonymization ledger request required skipping a validis call.
  • Corrected a white label error page when an incorrect Company ID was entered during ledger upload in NetSuite.
Trial Balance
  • Fixed UI issue that occurred when trial balance data was unavailable and an alert message was displayed.
  • Implemented descriptive warning messages if data doesn't exist after uploading ledger and trial balance requests.
Accounts Payable
  • Refined UI to correctly display risk score numeric variables under histogram bar charts.
Journal entries
  • Corrected source dropdown behavior when only 1 source is available in the selected date range.
  • Restored the alphabetical sorting of sources in the
    Select source for Analysis
    dropdown.

Client communications

General enhancements
  • The date picker component in the CC Request Form has been redesigned using custom components due to unavailability of Saffron elements.
  • Resolved issue allowing access to client microsite beyond due date limits.
  • Prevented multiple submit calls from occurring during microsite resize.

Engagement Manager

New Features
  • External API’s
    . Introducing an external API system that can be used by your firm to build automations and integrations that can read and manipulate your firm’s Engagement Manager data without using the user interface. Our first set of endpoints allow for user management from the API. We're also providing an endpoint to add a client name and number via the API. General enhancements
  • New Journal Entries
    :
    • Improved the search engine when having large number of accounts, upgrading the time of response when entering a keyword in the search field for the
      Select Account
      grid.
    • Resolved issue causing automatic save when selecting
      Select Account
      with the keyboard.
    • Removed the overlap of the
      Account
      dropdown from the Distributions grids.
    • Improved accessibility for the
      Attach Workpaper Reference
      grid and the
      Distributions
      grid.
  • Workpapers:
    • Resolved an issue where failed document copies between engagements prevented workpapers from being added. Deleting compromised engagements now unlocks workpapers for copying.
    • Ensured users can successfully proceed past PDF password validation when adding workpapers.
  • Trial Balance:
    • Corrected an issue with importing account groupings from a spreadsheet at the firm level, so that subcodes are now properly added to existing codes during import.
    • Addressed a specific issue by adjusting period times to ensure prior-year balances for subsidiaries are correctly consolidated and displayed.
General functionality and performance upgrades
  • Updated the setup to hide Inflo link options for customers who aren't already linked.
  • Implemented detailed error messaging and improved permissions checks when creating new users without File storage groups set.
  • Restored success message when finalizing engagements.
  • Updated the
    Competitive Conversions Utility
    link that now includes preprocessing documents to improve conversion speed, removed case sensitivity from formula segments, improved exception handling, and added functionality to force Epace formula values.
  • Modernized code in the Document Management and Workpapers SignOff area for improved performance and stability.
  • Upgraded performance when previewing documents, saving, adding and locking or unlocking workpapers, importing firm level Tax codes, saving and exporting accounts, updating workpaper folders and deleting data from Workpaper Recycle bin.
