Create an administrative report

Follow these steps to create an administrative report in Engagement Manager.
note
  • The Export option creates a Microsoft Excel file that isn't linked to Engagement Manager data.
  • Use
    Save As
    to save a copy of a system report format.
  • System type administrative reports can't be deleted, user type reports can.
  1. In Engagement Manager, select
    Setup
    , then
    Reports
    .
  2. Select the report you'd like to create.
    1. Make any changes you'd like to the report options.
  3. Select
    View
    .
The report opens in a new tab where you can refresh, print, or export the report.
