Disable other add-ins that may be causing a conflict with the Engagement Manager Add-in
Follow these steps to disable other add-ins that may be causing problems with the Engagement Manager Office Add-in.
- In Microsoft Word or Excel, selectFile,Options, thenAdd-ins.
- In theManagesection, selectCOM add-ins, thenGo.
- Disable any add-ins that you aren't using, like Send to Bluetooth or Cisco Click to Call add-ins.
