Follow these steps to troubleshoot errors with WorkFlow Tools add-ins.

Open Microsoft Edge and select Tools
, then Internet Options
.

Select the Programs
tab, then Manage add-ons
.

Make sure that each of the following add-ins for THOMSON REUTERS (TAX & ACCOUNTING) INC
are enabled:

gfrPDFModify.PDF

GoFileRoom.CheckOut

TR.FileRoom.Client.OfficeAddin

GFRDownloadClient.Download

Right-click on each add-in, select More Information
, Allow on all sites
, then Close
.
