Add a trial balance account grouping subcode at engagement level

  1. On the
    Engagement dashboard
    , select the engagement to view it.
    note
    If the engagement is not on your
    Engagement dashboard
    , use
    Open engagements
     to add it.
  2. Select the
    Trial Balance
     tab on the navigation pane.
  3. Select
    Account Groupings
    .
  4. Select the account grouping to view its codes and subcodes.
  5. Select
    Add
     in the Codes pane.
  6. Enter the
    Code
     and
    Description
    .
  7. Select
    OK
    .
  8. Select
    Save
    .
  9. Select
    OK
    .
    The changes you make to account grouping codes and subcodes in the trial balance for an engagement will apply to that engagement only. They don’t affect the firm-level account groupings.
