Check the history of a journal entry when you need to find out when a journal entry was created and which user created it.

On the

Engagement dashboard

, select the engagement to view it.

If the engagement is not on your

Engagement dashboard

, use Open engagements
to add it.

Select the Journal entries
tab on the navigation pane.

Select the Actions
dropdown menu for the journal entry that you want to check, then select History
.
